GlobalSync

Network / Controlled

Our controlled fulfillment network.

Where GlobalSync owns SLA, pricing, and operational standards.

What it is

The Controlled Network is the part of GlobalSync where we directly own SLA, pricing, and operational standards — across origin consolidation, destination fulfillment, and the partners that connect them.

It includes our own GSW hubs in China and Vietnam, our own GSD warehouses in the U.S. and Australia, and the close logistics partners we coordinate as one network.

Coverage

China · 10 GSW hubs

Across 7 cities — Shanghai, Ningbo, Yiwu, Jiaxing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen — spanning the Yangtze Delta, Pearl River Delta, and the Western Strait economic zone.

Vietnam · 2 GSW hubs

Hanoi in the north, Ho Chi Minh City in the south — covering Vietnam's two main export gateways.

United States · 12 GSD warehouses

Five regions — West (Los Angeles), East (New Jersey), South (Houston, Savannah), and Midwest (Chicago) — covering major consumer markets and port gateways.

Australia · 4 GSD warehouses

Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth — covering Australia's four main consumer cities along the east and west coasts.

Why Controlled matters

  1. 1

Stable service standards across every node

One SLA contract, one operations playbook, one cost structure — applied at every node, not negotiated provider by provider.

  2. 2

    Predictable cost across countries

When you scale across China, Vietnam, the U.S., and Australia, your cost model stays consistent. No surprise invoices from sub-contractors.

  3. 3

    End-to-end visibility without third-party systems

Tracking, exceptions, and costs come from the operating system itself — not from stitched third-party portals.
