What it is

GlobalSync runs a connected fulfillment network from origin to destination. Goods are consolidated at the source, moved across borders, and distributed to consumers — all under one orchestration layer.

The network is built in three layers (GSW → GSF → GSD), and offered in two modes (Controlled and Integrated). AI controls both.

Three layers

GSW · Global Source Warehouse

12 origin hubs across China and Vietnam. Consolidation, scanning, audit, and export preparation, all at the source.

GSF · Global Smart Forwarding

Air, ocean, and ground freight. Carrier matching, customs coordination, route optimization.

GSD · Global Smart Distribution

16 destination warehouses across the U.S. and Australia. Cross-platform allocation, last-mile, and returns.

Two network modes

  1. 1

    Controlled Network executes

When you want stable SLA, predictable cost, and end-to-end visibility under one operator, the Controlled Network handles execution directly.

  2. 2

    Integrated Network connects

When you already run your own providers and do not want to switch, the Integrated Network brings them into one system through APIs, webhooks, files, or workflows.

  3. 3

    AI controls both

Most growing teams run a hybrid: core volume on Controlled, edge or expansion on Integrated. AI orchestrates across both.

One network. Two ways to use it.
